By listing with us, you get exposure across all 6 major OTAs plus 10+ additional platforms (far more than just Airbnb and VRBO). We also handle dynamic pricing, detailed market analysis, and continuous optimization to industry standards — all while you avoid the massive coordination effort and cost.

How fees work: Part Time Co-Hosting (10%) and Full Time Management (20%) commissions are calculated after all fees and expenses — including cleaning fees, platform service fees, and taxes. Revenue Partner is a 5% revenue share (3% for the first 12 months for our first 5 partners) plus a $360/year tech fee and $750 setup. Pricing, availability, and guest policies for managed listings are mutually agreed upon in writing.

Flexible partnership: Our management agreement allows for termination for any cause with just 30 days notice. Our goal is to pay for ourselves through performance — making your rental property significantly more successful than it would be on its own, while removing the stress and hassle.
