How commissions work: Both our 10% cohosting and 20% full-service commissions are calculated after all fees and expenses — including cleaning fees, platform service fees, and taxes. Pricing, availability, and guest policies are mutually agreed upon in writing.

Flexible partnership: Our management agreement allows for termination for any cause with just 30 days notice. Our goal is to pay for ourselves through performance — making your rental property significantly more successful than it would be on its own, while removing the stress and hassle.
